Problem
Many people struggle to find local sports enthusiasts or players to organize casual or competitive games in their neighborhoods. This issue stems from a lack of centralized platforms that cater specifically to local community sports networking.
Solution And Goals
My goal was to create a product that would will become a home for sport lovers and inspire a more fulfilling life outside of peoples busy schedules. I aimed for a comfortable place where people meet friends, keep things organized and follow community groups to stay up to date on upcoming games and tournaments.

Competitor analysis
Similar apps are a range from either having a low variety of sports available or having to high of commitments. We wanted to create an app that has a high variety of games to choose from while keeping thing at a casual commitment level.
Research goals
How much free time do you typically have each week?
Is your free time consistent on a weekly basis?
What physical activities do you enjoy participating in?
Are there people in your community who share the same free time as you?
Do you often feel bored or unoccupied after work, school, or on weekends?
Would you be interested in occasionally joining activities you enjoy?
Do you believe engaging in the activities you enjoy could improve your mental and physical health?
If given the opportunity to engage in those activities regularly, would you take it?
Research focus area
Students who are busy with schooland unable to commit to a weekly team but want to participate in group activities when available.
Adults with children who have very limited personal time.
Working professionals who can’t commit to weekly meetings.
Older adults seeking to explore different activities.
Main conclusions from interviews
Most users had free time during weekends and a few hours during the week, dependent on their school or work schedules, which were often inconsistent.
90% of users expressed a preference for staying active and engaging in physical activities.
Users reported that their friends were not always available at the same time, requiring advanced planning and indicating a lack of local acquaintances.
80% of users favored the idea of casual attendance without long-term commitments.
Engaging in physical activities was seen as beneficial for escaping rigorous school schedules, improving mental health, and boosting energy levels

Home
In our home page we wanted to highlight the most important things users want to see when they open the app. Keeping track of your activities and intensity while also knowing your next game keeps the user informed while also organized.
Discovery
Our discovery page is meant for users to find games in any specific area around the nation, whether that be traveling, on a business trip or next to home. Users have the capability to filter and short out exactly what they are looking for.
Groups
The group section is the social aspect of the app. Here users can keep up with groups they’ve joined while also creating there own groups and post. This space is a great way for users to stay connected while keeping organized with their schedules.
