Problem
We have 2 different user flows that feel unorganized and confusing to the user. We are needing to make sure these flows have everything a user needs when approving updates to their CRM. The current implementation is too simple and can cause disorganization and in the long run can oppose Amearu’s main goal; to be efficient and easy to use.
Solution
Working closely with the engineers, I found the user needs specific tools like filtering and sorting when automating actions to update their CRM. Adding in a more organized and efficient user interface has helped users trust Amearu in updating their CRM with accuracy
User Research
User Interviews and Demos
Following demonstrations and interviews, we discovered that users appreciated the ease of instant automation. Some users expressed a preference for ensuring that no automation occurs without their approval, while others indicated that they would like automation to proceed automatically if the system, Amearu, achieves a certain confidence threshold.
It was also noted that users desired a comprehensive view of everything that occurred during the meeting, whether it be the full transcript or specific points in the conversation where key topics were discussed.
